Mortgage

At Affinity Financial Planning we offer full advice and recommendation and this is from the 'Whole of Market' which means that you have access to every lender in the UK. This ensures that you will get the best mortgage deal that is available. Our advice is tailored to your specific requirements.

We undertake the entire mortgage process for you which includes arranging or dealing with the lender, surveyor, solicitor, insurers and take up any references where necessary. As part of our continued service standards, we also offer home visits outside normal working times.

When it comes to fees we believe in openness and transparency. We only have two fees - £199 or £499 – and these are only payable provided we can secure you a mortgage – No Mortgage – No Fee!

£199 or £499 – So what’s the difference? Quite simply, over 90% of our clients only pay £199 for mortgage/remortgage work.  The only time the fee increases to £499 is when the client has, or has had, credit problems.  The increase in charge merely reflects the amount of additional work that has to be undertaken.

Whether you have a property at this time or are just looking for information for the future, contact us now and we will take you through the mortgage maze and provide you with a Personalised Key Facts Illustration document which contains all of the relevant information about the recommended mortgage.
